NSW Food Regulation 2025 Sch 8 cl 6-7: Keep visitor parking outside the production area, provide vehicle wheel washing, and make every person entering seek permission, clean hands, follow boot hygiene and wash vehicles in and out

What does Sch 8 cl 6-7 require?

Vehicles that do not need to enter the production area park in a separate area outside it, and the licensee supplies equipment, soap or detergent for washing wheels, footsteps and wheel arches before and after access. The licensee ensures every entrant, as far as practicable, gets permission, cleans their hands and knows the measures; on foot, scrapes and disinfects boots, changes into shed boots (left at the entrance on exit) or puts on boot covers (binned on exit); and in a vehicle, washes wheels, footsteps and arches before entering and again before leaving the premises.
