Netherlands Works Councils Act (WOR) 4: Art. 4 Institute a separate works council for a division where it serves the Act's proper application

An entrepreneur maintaining an undertaking with normally at least 50 persons sets up a separate works council for a part (division) of that undertaking where that is conducive to proper application of the Act; the division is then treated as an undertaking in its own right.
