Netherlands Works Councils Act (WOR) 35b(1): Art. 35b(1) Hold staff meetings at least twice a year in undertakings with 10 to 49 workers

An entrepreneur maintaining an undertaking with normally at least 10 but fewer than 50 persons, without a works council or employee representation body, must give the persons working there the opportunity to meet jointly with him at least twice per calendar year, and must also meet them when at least a quarter of them makes a reasoned request. Any matter concerning the undertaking may be raised and every worker may make proposals. The duties of art. 35b do not extend to persons with less than six months in the undertaking and lapse while a voluntary works council exists.
