Netherlands Works Councils Act (WOR) 35b(6): Art. 35b(6) Give staff information on pensions and on pension implementation agreements

In undertakings with 10 to 49 workers, the entrepreneur must on request give the workers all information on the pension terms of employment that they can reasonably require for the staff meetings, in writing where he has it in writing (35b(6)), and must inform them as soon as possible of every proposed adoption, amendment or withdrawal of a pension implementation agreement or implementation regulation within the meaning of art. 1 of the Pensions Act, in writing where available (35b(7)).
