The entrepreneur must enter into consultation with the PVT on the pension terms of employment when the PVT makes a reasoned request; information for the PVT that art. 31(1) requires in writing may be given orally, except pension information held in writing (35c(6)). With the entrepreneur's permission the PVT may set up committees or invite experts, whose costs the entrepreneur then bears (35c(5)).
