Determination 2026 s 8 (replacing the 2016 Determination): each BEEC must carry the building name, owner and address, the NLA of the building or area, the certificate number, start day and expiry, the CBD assessor's name and registration number; the NABERS Energy rating graph and written rating, the NABERS Renewable Energy Indicator graph, a comparison against other rated buildings certified in a previous calendar year, the rating's number, validity dates, scope (base or whole building), rated area, rated hours and the NABERS assessor's name and number; scope 1 and 2 emissions in total and per square metre excluding GreenPower and other renewable purchases, annual energy use in megajoules and the renewable and non-renewable energy split; and the lighting assessment content. The Renewable Energy Indicator and energy split are new relative to the 2016 Determination.
