Section 18: where an assessment is sought to satisfy a disclosure obligation, the accredited assessor may ask the Secretary to require an owner, lessee or sublessee to give information necessary for the assessment (within a period ending at least 14 days after the notice) or to give access to a place at a reasonable day and time. A person given such a notice must comply; civil penalty 200 penalty units for an individual and 500 for a body corporate, with each day of continued failure a separate contravention.
