Section 15: a constitutional corporation must not advertise, or continue to advertise, a disclosure affected building for sale or lease (owner), for sublease (lessee), or a disclosure affected area for lease or sublease, unless the advertisement includes a current energy efficiency rating for the building expressed as the Secretary determines. Civil penalty 1,000 penalty units, with each day of a continuing advertisement a separate contravention. Advertisements for a lease or sublease term of 12 months or less throughout, counting options, are outside the section.
