Section 19: a person who receives information under a s 18 notice, or obtains or generates information to obtain a certificate, commits an offence (2 years imprisonment) by copying, recording, using or disclosing it, unless for obtaining a certificate, an audit under Part 4, conduct the Act permits, false-information or obstruction proceedings, with the consent of the person who gave it (or for whom the assessor applied), or where it is already public.
