Determination 2026 s 7: the lighting energy efficiency assessment for a building or area applies the CBD Tenancy Lighting Assessment for Offices Rules as in force from time to time, or the assessor adopts a current lighting assessment already submitted to and certified by the Department under those rules. The certificate reports the assessed NLA, the Nominal Lighting Power Density per functional space, its six-band performance category (very poor to very efficient) and a three-band control capacity rating per floor (s 8).
