Determination 2026 s 6: the energy efficiency rating for CBD is worked out by a CBD accredited assessor under NABERS The Rules, Energy and Water for Offices v5.2, as incorporated from time to time, modified so that: no rating is assigned while the building is undergoing works the assessor reasonably expects to change the rating by at least 0.5 stars; the base building rating is worked out unless metering is inadequate to separate tenancy from base building energy, in which case the whole building rating is worked out. Alternatively the assessor may adopt a current NABERS Energy rating certified by the National Administrator, but only a base building rating, or a whole building rating where no current base building rating exists and one could not be worked out, and not where works likely to move the rating by 0.5 stars are under way or have occurred since certification.
