JFS-B Standard Ver. 3.1 Food Safety Management (Japan) FSM 25: Corrective action

What does FSM 25 require?

Documented corrective action is in place for food safety nonconformities: fix the nonconformity, find out why it happened and remove that cause. The annex adds that after a deviation the root cause is identified, recurrence is prevented and the whole chain of corrective actions is reviewed for effectiveness.
