ISO 10006:2003 5.2.4: Involvement of people

People in the project organization should have clearly defined responsibility and authority for the part they play, with the authority delegated to them matching their responsibility, and competent people should be assigned. They should be given suitable tools, methods and techniques so they can monitor and control the processes. In projects that are international, multinational, multicultural or run as joint ventures, what cross-cultural management involves should be dealt with.
