IFS Wholesale / Cash & Carry Version 2 4.2: Specifications

What does 4.2 require?

Risk assessment decides which specifications are needed, and those are held. For all customer and own brand products and for finished goods treated on site, specifications exist that are current, clear and compliant with law and with customer requirements; customer specifications are met, and any departure is told to and accepted by the customer. A procedure governs drafting, changing, approving and managing specifications. Plus module: specifications or their content are available where needed and to all relevant staff.
