KO requirement 4: risk-based procedures prevent foreign material contamination as far as possible and treat contaminated goods as non-conforming. Where unpacked food is handled and risk assessment shows a contamination risk, wood is kept out or, if unavoidable, controlled, clean and sound; glass and brittle materials are kept out or, if unavoidable, guarded against breakage; every such object in unpacked-product areas is entered in a glass register with its location and regularly checked against it with records; and a breakage procedure sets out cleaning, contamination prevention and blocking and release of product. Plus module: staff doing visual inspection for foreign matter are trained and rotated often enough to stay effective.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
