IFS Wholesale / Cash & Carry Version 2 4.1: Contract review

What does 4.1 require?

Requirements agreed between contract partners are reviewed before any supply agreement is signed and every quality or product safety clause is passed to the departments concerned; changes to existing agreements are documented and exchanged between the partners; and customers' specific quality and safety requirements are passed to the supplier, with evidence that the supplier has accepted them.
