The undertaking states whether its employees receive an adequate wage, which benchmark it used in each country and, where they do not, which countries and what share of employees are affected. The test compares the lowest wage (basic wage plus fixed guaranteed payments, excluding interns and apprentices) per country or sub-national area against a benchmark no lower than, in the EU, the collectively bargained or statutory minimum wage under the Adequate Minimum Wages Directive and, outside the EU, an adequate minimum wage providing a decent standard of living under ILO living wage principles or a recognised living wage estimate.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
