For pressure vessels and storage tanks, piping systems and components, relief and vent systems, emergency shutdown systems, controls (monitoring devices, sensors, alarms, interlocks) and pumps, the owner or operator must establish and implement written procedures for on-going integrity; train each maintenance employee in the process overview, its hazards and their task procedures; perform inspections and tests following RAGAGEP at frequencies consistent with manufacturers' recommendations and good engineering practice, more often if operating experience shows need, documenting each with the date, inspector's name, equipment serial number or identifier, description of the test and results; correct deficiencies outside the PSI limits before further use, or in a safe and timely way with measures assuring safe operation; and assure quality in construction (fabricated equipment suitable for the application, installation checked against design and manufacturer instructions) and that maintenance materials, spare parts and equipment are suitable.
This control maps to 3 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 3 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
