The owner or operator must develop and follow a schedule and procedure for inspecting overfill controls; inspect at least once each operating day the data from monitoring and leak detection equipment to ensure the tank operates as designed; inspect at least once each operating day aboveground portions of the tank system for corrosion or releases and the construction materials and surrounding area including secondary containment for erosion or signs of release (weekly instead where leak detection systems or established workplace practices promptly identify leaks, documented in the operating record); inspect daily ancillary equipment without secondary containment; confirm cathodic protection within six months of installation and annually thereafter, with impressed current sources checked at least bimonthly; and document the inspections in the operating record. Leaks confirmed are notified within 24 hours under 264.196.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
