Services a third party delivers for the RTO are governed by a written agreement entered into as soon as reasonably practicable before delivery starts that: requires the third party to cooperate with Regulator audits and answer its information requests accurately; prohibits the third party from using the NRT logo or the RTO's branding and from issuing AQF certification documentation; and names the parties' business or trading names, the start and end dates, all parties' delivery obligations and the RTO's right to regularly monitor the quality of the services. The RTO notifies the Regulator of each agreement within 30 calendar days of entering it or before obligations take effect, whichever is first, and within 30 calendar days of it ending.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
