Unless the Regulator approves otherwise: when a product is superseded, no one is enrolled in it from one year after the replacement was added to the National Register, and every enrolled student either completes and receives certification or is transferred to the replacement in a timely way; when a qualification is no longer current and not superseded, enrolled students complete and receive all certification within two years of its removal or deletion from the Register; when a skill set, unit, accredited short course or module is no longer current and not superseded, enrolled students complete and receive certification within one year of its deletion. The RTO must not let anyone start a product that has expired or been removed or deleted from the Register.
