The RTO notifies the Regulator in writing or electronically, within 10 business days, of any event that would significantly affect its ability to meet its obligations under the Act; notifies prospective ownership changes as soon as practicable before they take effect; notifies prospective or actual governing person changes as soon as practicable beforehand, or within 10 business days after if the change cannot be known until it takes effect; and supplies further information about a notice as soon as practicable when asked.
