The RTO uses the Nationally Recognised Training logo only as Schedule 2 requires. Schedule 2's overarching principles: the logo is a registered trademark used only by NVR registered RTOs, only in association with nationally recognised training listed on the National Register (training package and accredited qualifications, accredited short courses, skill sets, units and accredited modules), and never in a way that misleads.
