Each statement of attainment meets the AQF Qualifications Issuance Policy and shows: the RTO's name, registration code and logo; the full title and national code of each unit (or module where no units exist) as on the National Register; the NRT logo; an authorised signature; the seal, identifier or watermark; the statement explaining when a statement of attainment is issued; where units form part of a course or qualification, a statement naming its code and full title; where units were attained in completing a VET course, a statement naming that course; and any other-language delivery statement with the units or modules listed.
