The RTO keeps a register, in line with the AQF Qualifications Register Policy, of the AQF qualifications it may issue and of the qualifications and statements of attainment it has issued; keeps records of all certification documentation issued for thirty years; keeps all assessments a student submitted to it or a third party for two years after the student completes the product; lets current and former students obtain copies of their certification documentation; and on the Regulator's request reports all qualifications and statements issued in a specified period.
