Australia Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014 (PGPA Rule)
Part 2-4 and Part 2-5: commitments, banking, borrowing, investment, indemnities, insurance, CCE grants, ministerial notices and receipts (sections 18 to 27) – Australia Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014 (PGPA Rule)

Australia Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014 (PGPA Rule) 25EA-25G: Publishing CCE grants and recording non-publication: publish ministerial notices and each ministerially approved grant's details on GrantConnect within 21 days, publish material variations within 21 days, and record reasons for any redaction or withheld detail

What does 25EA-25G require?

Once a Minister has given it a section 25D or 25E notice, the accountable authority must publish the notice (or redacted copy) on GrantConnect as soon as practicable. For every grant made with ministerial approval, it must publish on GrantConnect, no later than 21 days from the grant's commencement, the recipient, value, purpose, whether there are confidentiality provisions, a link to the guidelines where they were published, and other relevant matters, and must publish any material variation within 21 days after it takes effect. Particular details may be withheld only where publishing them would breach a law or the grant's terms, or the Finance Minister decides a specific policy reason applies; whoever deletes or withholds information must record the reasons in writing.
