Part 2-4 and Part 2-5: commitments, banking, borrowing, investment, indemnities, insurance, CCE grants, ministerial notices and receipts (sections 18 to 27) – Australia Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014 (PGPA Rule)

Australia Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014 (PGPA Rule) 25B(2)-(5): CCE grants with ministerial approval, entity duties: prepare written grant guidelines with the required content, publish them on GrantConnect, keep other public information consistent with GrantConnect, and give the Minister a section 25C notice before any approval

What does 25B(2)-(5) require?

When a Minister is to approve grants under a corporate entity's grant opportunity, the accountable authority must prepare written guidelines explaining the purposes, expected outcomes and objectives and outlining the application and assessment processes, the entity's governance of the grants and how the grants operate, and must publish them on GrantConnect, except where the Finance Minister has decided a specific policy reason stands against publication. Any information the entity publishes elsewhere about the opportunity must match or be a subset of what is on GrantConnect. Before any grant is approved, the Minister must first receive from the accountable authority a written notice meeting section 25C.
