Australia National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 s93-94: ss 93 and 94 Do not provide a VET course outside the scope of registration

An NVR registered training organisation provides all or part of a VET course only where it is within its scope of registration; providing outside scope is an offence (600 penalty units) and a civil penalty contravention (1,200 penalty units), and executive officers may be personally liable (ss 133 and 133A).
