Australia National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 s114-117: ss 114 to 117 Do not hold out as registered, or provide or offer VET without registration or a written agreement

A person does not hold itself out as an NVR registered training organisation when it is not one (offence of 1,500 penalty units, civil penalty of 3,000), and does not provide or offer to provide all or part of a VET course in a referring State or Territory (or, if a CRICOS registered provider, in a non-referring State) without being registered (offence of 1,500, civil penalty of 3,000). The exception is delivery on behalf of an NVR registered training organisation under a written agreement with it, which the third party must be able to show.
