A person that gives ASQA a written enforceable undertaking, whether about a suspected offence or contravention or about any matter relating to the Act, complies with its terms; it may be varied or withdrawn only with ASQA's consent, ASQA may publish it on the National Register, and on breach a court may order compliance, payment of any financial benefit gained, compensation and other orders.
