An NVR registered training organisation does not issue a VET qualification or statement of attainment where the requirements relate to assessment it provided or purportedly provided (alone or with another RTO) and it did not provide, or arrange for another person to provide, the assessment necessary for the student to meet those requirements: offence of 600 penalty units, civil penalty of 1,200 penalty units.
