TAS H7P3 repeats H7P3 and adds that combustion products from solid-fuel burning appliances must be discharged within appropriate emission limits. TAS H7P5 replaces H7P5: in a designated bushfire prone area, a Class 1 building and any associated Class 10a building or deck must, to the degree necessary, be designed and built to reduce ignition risk appropriate to the potential for ignition by embers, radiant heat or flame and to the intensity of attack; be provided with vehicular access to the site to help firefighters defend the building or evacuate occupants; and have access at all times to a sufficient on-site water supply for firefighting.
