Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r378: r 378 Keep health monitoring records confidential for at least 30 years

The PCBU keeps health monitoring reports as confidential records identified to the worker for at least 30 years after they are made and does not disclose them without the worker's written consent, except as required under rr 376 and 377 or to someone bound by professional confidentiality.
