Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r332-333: rr 332 and 333 Emergency disclosure of ingredient identities to medical practitioners and emergency service workers

The manufacturer or importer gives a registered medical practitioner the chemical identity of an ingredient as soon as practicable where the practitioner reasonably believes it may help treat a patient, requests it and undertakes to use it only for treatment and to give a written statement of need, and gives an emergency service worker the identity as soon as practicable on request.
