Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r329: r 329 Manufacturers and importers classify substances, mixtures and articles before first supply

Before first supplying a substance, mixture or article to a workplace, the manufacturer or importer determines whether it is a hazardous chemical and, if so, ensures it is correctly classified in accordance with Part 1 of Schedule 9 (the GHS, seventh revised edition, as modified by the Schedule 6 mixture tables).
