Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r337-339: rr 337 to 339 Suppliers: correct packing, correct labelling and safety data sheets with first supply

A supplier does not supply a hazardous chemical to another workplace if it knows or ought reasonably to know it is not correctly packed or labelled (GHS 3 labels on stock made or imported before 1 January 2023 remain acceptable); a retailer filling a container provided by the customer ensures the chemical is correctly packed; and a supplier to a workplace (other than a retailer or for consumer products) provides the current SDS with the first supply (including the first supply in 5 years) and the first supply after an SDS amendment, and to anyone at the workplace who asks.
