Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r334-335: rr 334 and 335 Manufacturers and importers pack and label hazardous chemicals correctly

As soon as practicable after manufacturing or importing a hazardous chemical, the manufacturer or importer ensures it is correctly packed under Part 2 of Schedule 9 and correctly labelled, with label elements selected and used in accordance with the GHS and Part 3 of Schedule 9, or with content under another labelling law that is substantially the same. Exceptions cover household-use consumer products labelled under the Poisons Standard, chemicals in transit, therapeutic goods labelled under the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989, cosmetics and toiletries, and certain scheduled veterinary products.
