Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r228-230: rr 228 to 230 Designers of registrable plant designs: design records, standards used, availability

The designer of plant whose design must be registered makes a record of the method used to determine control measures and the resulting controls, and copies of the information given to the manufacturer under s 22 of the Act and rr 187 and 188; records any published technical standard (or part) used, or else the engineering principles used; and keeps these records for the design life of the plant, available for inspection under the Act and to the design verifier.
