Australia Model Code of Practice: Excavation Work 3.3c: 3.3 Stop work that departs from the SWMS (WHS Regulation 300)

Where the way high risk construction work is being done departs from its SWMS, WHS Regulation 300 requires the PCBU to make sure the work is stopped straight away, or once stopping is safe, and that it resumes only in line with the statement.
