The employer must pay employees for the ordinary time they lose to inclement weather while those conditions continue. The entitlement depends on the procedures in clause 15 having been followed. In practice both the conference within 60 minutes (15.2) and any transfer to unaffected work (15.3) should be carried out and recorded when weather stops work.
