Inclement weather means abnormal and extreme climatic conditions that make it unreasonable or unsafe for exposed employees to keep working while they last. When the employees or their representative ask, the employer or its representative must confer with them within a reasonable time, which may not exceed 60 minutes, to decide whether such conditions exist.
