If an employee must keep working after it, they must be allowed a paid 20-minute rest break after each 4 hours of overtime. Where a day worker whose week is 5 days works overtime on Saturday, the first such break is paid at the ordinary hourly rate if it occurs from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm. The employer and employee may agree to vary this to suit the workplace, but the variation cannot make the employer pay more or less than the clause would otherwise require.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
