Australia Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Award 2020 (MA000025) 14.2: 14.2 Pay 150% for work during the meal break until a break is given

Any work in the normal meal break, and continuing until a break is given, attracts 150% of the ordinary hourly rate. The exception: subject to clause 14.1, an employee on regular maintenance work must, when instructed, work through meal breaks for ordinary pay, to repair plant breakdowns or to do routine maintenance that can only be done while the plant is idle.
