Ceilings elsewhere follow Table 3.3: suitable finishes by area include painted plaster, steel sheet, trowelled cement, sealed or polished timber panelling, concrete and preformed panels, with acoustic, decorative and suspended T-bar panels limited to eating and similar areas; ceilings in wet areas are non-perforated and have no open joints, cracks or crevices.
