Australia Food Standards Code Standard 3.2.3 Food Premises and Equipment cl11: Clause 11 Walls and ceilings

Walls and ceilings are designed and built appropriately for the activities carried out, and are provided wherever needed to protect food from contamination. Where provided for that reason they are sealed against the entry of dirt, dust and pests, cannot absorb grease, food particles or water, and can be easily and effectively cleaned. All walls and ceilings can be effectively cleaned and, as far as practicable, give pests nowhere to harbour.
