Food preparation floors are finished in one or more of: stainless steel, epoxy resin, sealed quarry or ceramic tiles, polyvinyl sheet with welded seams, laminated thermosetting plastic sheet, steel trowelled case hardened concrete, or a similar impervious material. Ceramic floor tiles are epoxy grouted and laid to AS 3958.1, and any floor that drains to a floor waste has an even fall of at least 1 in 100 towards it. Junctions of floors with walls and plinths are coved as Figure 3.1 shows.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
