A licensed asbestos removalist must do the removal where the quantity or type requires it (Class A for friable material, Class B above 10 square metres of non-friable material), with a named supervisor, an asbestos removal control plan prepared and given to the person who commissioned the work, notification to the regulator at least five days before the work, informing the occupier, neighbours and others, signs and barricades, decontamination facilities, air monitoring by an independent licensed assessor for Class A removal, a clearance inspection and certificate before reoccupation, and disposal of asbestos waste and contaminated PPE as soon as practicable to a licensed site. Asbestos-related work (work on ACM that is not removal) must be carried out in a separate area with decontamination and waste controls, and the person must identify the material and inform workers.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
