Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r484-2: r 484(2) Return the old licence document within 14 days of a written request after amendment

When the Authority has amended a licence it supplies an updated evidence of licence document. If the Authority then asks in writing for the former document, the holder must return it to the Authority within 14 days of receiving that request. Maximum penalty: 60 penalty units for an individual and 300 for a body corporate.
