Besides the general application content in r 449, a high risk work licence applicant must lodge with the application a notice of assessment (satisfactory) covering the particular work the licence is sought for. The term is defined in r 5. Under r 459(1)(c)(iii) the Authority will refuse the licence unless that notice was issued no more than 60 days before the application date, and under r 459(2) it will refuse if the notice was obtained by fraud or false information.
