An applicant for a new or renewed asbestos removal licence must pay the fee fixed by the table for the licence class and the date the application is lodged. For any application lodged on or after 1 July 2021 the current table entry is 75.7 fee units for a Class A licence and 64.5 fee units for a Class B licence (Tables 1 and 2 of r 451). Earlier table rows applied to lodgements from 18 June 2017 to 30 June 2021. The same fees apply to renewals under r 492(2) and (3).
